The Evolving Transaction: Creating Customer-Centric Interaction and Communications
Tuesday, September 14th, 1pm – 2:30pm
Featured Speaker: Kimberly Harris-Farrante, VP Distinguished Analyst, Gartner Research
The modern consumer is more sophisticated and savvy than ever before. With more choices, increasing adoption of technology and a shrinking wallet share, consumers are demanding much more from companies than the status quo and are quick to defect to another provider if their needs are not being met. As a result, service companies will need to re-evaluate exactly how they interact and communicate with their customers. This special Opening Day Keynote featuring Gartner distinguished analyst, Kimberly Harris-Farrante, will offer market analysis on the evolving communications paradigm and how companies can create customer-centric relationships with consumers through their customer communications. Attendees will garner an industry-wide perspective on how modern companies can embrace this shift to a customer-centric strategy, the future of evolving transactions and the innovative approaches of real-world organizations leading the charge.
Kimberly Harris-Ferrante is a vice president and distinguished analyst in Gartner Research, where she is responsible for monitoring the business and technology trends within the property and casualty and life insurance industries.
